Online Parent Conference Scheduler!

The online parent conference scheduler is a new, family-friendly, easy way to schedule your fall parent conferences. By following the link below, you'll open a form that will allow you to follow steps to schedule your parent conference at a time that is convenient for you and your child's teacher. Please make sure you follow these steps.
  1. Fill out your email address.
  2. Select your child's teacher.
  3. Click next.
  4. Fill out your child's name, your name, and your phone number.
  5. Select your preferred conference time from the drop-down menu.
  6. Click next.
If you only have one child at Branch:
  1. Select "Do Not Need to Schedule Any Additional Conferences at this Time."
  2. Click next.
  3. Click submit.
If you have more than one child at Branch:
  1. Follow the directions again to select your next child's teacher, and cycle through the process again until you have scheduled conferences for all children in your family who attend Branch.
  2. Then, when finished, follow the directions to select "Do Not Need to Schedule Any Additional Conferences at this Time," click next, and submit.
This system will be open until the end of the school day on Wednesday, November 8th. Any families who have not had the chance to use the system by that time will be scheduled for remaining spots in the teacher's calendar. All students will receive a paper confirmation letter to bring home.
